Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in energy efficiency program evaluation (EM&V).
• Billing analysis and statistical skills are required.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant.

Responsibilities

• Design impact and process evaluations.
• Estimate gross and net savings using billing analysis.
• Review TRM assumptions and program data.
• Write evaluation reports and recommendations.
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when authorized.
