Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Energy & Sustainability Manager to lead energy management and decarbonization efforts across multiple client sites. You will drive audits, data governance, BAS optimization, and strategic roadmaps, collaborating with site facilities teams to cut energy use and emissions.

We require a degree in science or engineering and deep HVAC, electrical, and BAS knowledge, plus strong program management and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• University Degree in science, engineering, math, or related fields.
• Specialized HVAC, electrical, and BAS knowledge.
• Strong ability to analyze energy data and benchmark portfolio.
• Experience leading sustainability programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy audits and feasibility reviews for ECMs and retrofits.
• Develop and implement M&V, track post-implementation savings.
• Prepare energy and GHG reports for clients and audits.
• Collaborate with site facilities to optimize BAS operation and schedules.
• Develop decarbonization roadmaps and drive portfolio-wide improvements.
