Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Energy & Sustainability Manager to lead energy management and decarbonization programs across client portfolios. You will oversee audits, ECM evaluations, M&V, and utility rebates while coordinating with site facilities managers to optimize BAS sequences and performance.

In this role you will drive decarbonization roadmaps, report on energy and GHG metrics, and mentor junior colleagues. A strong technical background and strategic leadership are essential for success at JLL.

Qualifications

• University degree in science, engineering, math or related field.
• Specialized technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and BAS systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy audits and assess ECMs, ROI, and lifecycle costs.
• Manage energy data, produce reports, and support compliance & decarbonization goals.
• Collaborate with site facilities teams to review BAS operation and schedules.
• Develop decarb roadmaps and translate targets into actionable retrofits.
• Lead training and mentor junior team members; drive continuous improvement.
