Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Energy & Sustainability Manager to lead energy management and decarbonization programs on a client assignment. You will report to Sustainable Operations Director and drive energy savings, carbon footprint reduction, and utility cost optimization.

You will oversee audits, feasibility studies, ECM identification, and M&V implementation while coordinating data governance, reporting, and rebates to maximize value for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading energy management and decarbonization programs.
• Strong ability to conduct audits and evaluate ECMs with ROI/LCCA.
• Proven track record in data governance and GHG reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy audits and select high-impact ECMs.
• Develop scopes for retrofits and operational improvements.
• Implement M&V frameworks and report savings.
• Identify rebates and grants to lower project paybacks.
• Oversee data collection and reporting for client KPIs.
