Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Energy & Sustainability Manager to lead energy management and decarbonization programs for client assignments. You will report to the Sustainable Operations Director and oversee energy strategies to improve KPI performance, tracking energy savings, carbon footprint reductions, and utility cost optimization.

The role involves multi-faceted project delivery, data governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement ECMs and drive measurable sustainability

Qualifications

• Experience leading energy management and decarbonization programs.
• Ability to manage KPI delivery including energy savings and carbon footprint reduction.
• Experience with utility rebates and government decarbonization grants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility energy audits and technical reviews.
• Evaluate viability, lifecycle costs, ROI for proposed projects.
• Draft comprehensive technical project scopes for retrofits and improvements.
• Implement Measurement & Verification (M&V) frameworks to validate savings.
• Identify, apply for, and secure external rebates and government grants.
• Manage energy data collection and produce monthly/quarterly client reports.
