Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Energy & Sustainability Manager to lead energy management and decarbonization programs for client assignments. You will oversee the development and execution of energy strategies, engaging cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Reporting to the Sustainable Operations Director, you will implement ECMs, M&V frameworks, and data-driven reporting to drive energy savings, carbon footprint reduction, and utility cost optimization across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading energy management and decarbonization programs.
• Knowledge of energy audits, ECM identification, and ROI analysis.
• Familiarity with M&V frameworks and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility energy audits to identify high-impact measures.
• Assess lifecycle costs, ROI, and technical viability of projects.
• Draft scopes for retrofits and operational improvements.
• Implement M&V to validate energy savings and report performance.
• Identify rebates and grants to shorten payback periods.
• Manage energy data collection and produce client reports.
