Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Energy & Sustainability Manager to lead energy management and decarbonization programs for a key client. You will report to the Sustainable Operations Director and oversee energy initiatives that deliver energy savings and carbon footprint reduction.

The role requires conducting energy audits, applying M&V frameworks, and securing external rebates, while ensuring governance and timely reporting to clients. Strong analytics and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading energy management and decarbonization programs.
• Ability to conduct facility energy audits and identify ECMs.
• Experience with M&V frameworks and reporting.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility energy audits and identify high-impact ECMs.
• Evaluate lifecycle costs, ROI, and technical viability.
• Draft scopes for retrofits and operational improvements.
• Implement M&V frameworks and report savings against guarantees.
• Identify and secure utility rebates and decarbonization grants.
• Manage energy data and reporting in alignment with client needs.
