ARCXIS is seeking an entry‑level Home Energy Rating System (HERS) inspector to join our nationwide team. This role involves traveling locally to inspect new homes, performing energy tests, and supporting builders with energy efficiency recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a background check including motor vehicle report.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy testing on new homes, including blower door tests and duct leakage tests.
• Perform site inspections to ensure building codes and energy efficiency standards are met.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to builders, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of testing and inspection activities.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes related to energy efficiency.
