Job summary

Computer World Services Corp. seeks an Endpoint Engineer to develop, maintain, deploy, and support enterprise endpoint capabilities for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program, including endpoint images, application packaging, device provisioning, software deployment, patching, configuration baselines, and VDI.

The engineer supports physical and virtual endpoints across USMEPCOM HQ, MEPS, remote substations, COOP locations, and remote users, coordinating with cybersecurity and change control teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT fields.
• Minimum 6 years in endpoint engineering, systems engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience maintaining enterprise endpoint images and deploying packages.
• Experience supporting provisioning, deployment, patching and VDI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain standardized endpoint images with drivers and security baselines.
• Create automated deployment sequences and provisioning workflows using Intune/Config Manager.
• Package software with installation, detection, upgrade and removal logic.
• Maintain scripts for provisioning, packaging and remediation in version control.
• Support endpoint patching, maintain pilot groups and deployment rings.
• Engineer and support VDI base images, desktop pools, and user profiles.
• Provide advanced engineering support for complex endpoint incidents and remediation.
• Review cybersecurity findings for endpoint operations and implement approved remediation.
