Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Lead to oversee the timely delivery of standardized equipment to internal and external users. You will manage hardware standards, imaging, OS updates, and software packaging while coordinating global deployments.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in Endpoint Management, strong AD/O365/VDI skills, and proven vendor management. This role requires excellent communication, team collaboration, and a results-driven mindset to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent.
• 6+ years in Endpoint Management.
• 1+ years in Senior Associate level or external equivalent.
• Comp TIA Network+ and A+ certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of hardware and end-user network configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational stability and that applications meet practical needs.
• Build relationships with user groups and managers for coordination.
• Analyze issues, determine actions, and reallocate resources as needed.
• Market to and train the user community on endpoint services.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, imaging, policies and software packaging.
• Plan and execute global deployments including OS updates and patches.
• Provide KPI reporting and vendor relationship management.
