Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management professional to ensure timely delivery of hardware and software to end users, manage global deployments, and drive ITIL-based processes. You will coordinate with user groups, plan resources, and lead technical projects with budget and vendor oversight.

The role requires strong hardware knowledge, VDI/AD/O365 expertise, and excellent communication. A 6+ year background in endpoint management and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent education/experience.
• 6+ years in Endpoint Management or related field.
• 6 year of experience in Endpoint Management.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ and A+ are a plus.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• knowledge of hardware and end-user configurations.
• Experience with VDI, Active Directory, O365, Windows OS and File shares.
• Familiar with Windows Server OS 2012+.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of equipment to end users, internal or contracted.
• Build relationships with user groups and department managers for coordination.
• Analyze issues, provide direction, allocate resources as needed.
• Market to and train users on new end-user products and processes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction regarding reliability and functionality.
• Generate and monitor management reporting tools.
• Evaluate and select hardware standards including global laptops.
• Negotiate bulk hardware purchases with manufacturers and resellers.
• Manage endpoint provisioning: imaging, policies, software packaging.
• Plan and execute global deployments, including patching and OS updates.
• Lead on technical projects including budget and vendor relations.
• Forecast systems needs for endpoint management operations.
• Assess requirements, plan, monitor, report on KPIs for endpoints.
• Oversee requests, incidents and problems related to Endpoint Management.
• Participate in root cause analysis for widespread issues.
• Escalate issues to upper management and plan remediation.
• Provide KPI data and trend reporting to management.
• Communicate outage/emergency activities to the organization.
• Manage vendor relationships for daily operations.
• Improve SLAs and expectations for endpoint management.
• Post-resolution follow-ups with end users and team.
• Notify upper management of incident trends and ITIL processes.
• Handle confidential data responsibly.
• Continuously improve technical/management skills.
• Review SOPs and FAQs for end users/clients.
