Option Care Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and manage modern endpoint solutions for a hybrid or remote work environment.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to leverage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and other platforms, automate provisioning and updates, enforce security, and

Qualifications

• : Extensive experience with endpoint management, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• : Proficiency in endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, SCCM) and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• : Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions and modern work tools.
• : Certifications such as MCSE, Azure Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator are desirable.
• : Experience with IAM, SSO, and migration from AD to Entra ID (Azure AD).
• : Hands-on experience across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android endpoints and Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Design and Implementation: Develop and implement strategies for deployment, configuration, and management of endpoint devices.
• Modern Endpoint Management: Design and implement solutions for managing endpoints in a modern work environment using tools like Microsoft Endpoint, Entra ID, and other cloud-based management platforms.
• Endpoint Management: Utilize endpoint management tools to automate device provisioning, software distribution, and updates.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure endpoint devices comply with security policies and standards.
• Cloud Integration: Leverage cloud technologies to deploy, configure, and manage endpoints, ensuring integration with cloud-based applications and services.
• Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce security policies and practices tailored to modern work environments.
• User Experience Optimization: Enhance the user experience by optimizing endpoint performance in remote or hybrid settings.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced support for complex endpoint issues, including remote troubleshooting.
• Technology Adoption: Stay updated on trends and technologies related to modern work and endpoint management.
• Technology Integration: Work with IT teams to integrate new technologies and solutions.
