Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and manage modern endpoint solutions supporting a hybrid work environment. You will integrate cloud platforms, automate provisioning, and enhance security and user experience across desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.

The role requires deep expertise in endpoint management technologies, cloud-based solutions, and a proactive mindset to optimize productivity while safeguarding data and access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or 5+ years professional experience.
• Extensive experience with endpoint deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in endpoint management tools (Intune, Workspace ONE, SCCM) and OS (Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Experience with cloud-based endpoint management and security practices for modern work environments.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and remote/hybrid collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Design and Implementation: Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices.
• Enhance performance, security, and user experience across endpoints.
• Modern Endpoint Management: Manage endpoints in hybrid/remote environments using cloud-based platforms.
• Utilize tools like Intune, Entra ID, SCCM to automate provisioning, software distribution, and updates.
• Ensure endpoint security and compliance with organizational standards.
