Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Device Management Technician to own the full lifecycle of end-user devices, from procurement and imaging to deployment and retirement, ensuring proper provisioning and security.

You will administer the Mobile Device Management and endpoint management tools (Intune, ManageEngine, Endpoint Central), coordinate with vendors, and provide Level 1–2 support to users. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration with the

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in information technology or computer science with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with end-user device provisioning, imaging, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of MDM and endpoint management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end device lifecycle: procurement, imaging, deployment, and retirement.
• Maintain accurate IT hardware inventory with check-in/check-out and asset tagging.
• Coordinate with vendors on orders, warranties, repairs, and substitutions.
• Provide Level 1–2 support and resolve IT issues for end users.
• Administer Helpdesk and manage user access and software deployment.
• Monitor systems for performance and patching, ensuring security compliance.
