Job summary

Clearsense is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator for a 100% remote, full-time position. You will own the end-user computing environment from enrollment through decommission, including security posture of endpoints, while administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and NinjaOne RMM.

You will patch across macOS and Windows, manage group policies, and own ticketing for internal support with a focus on security and compliance in a HITRUST/SOC 2 regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Own end-user computing environment including enrollment through decommission.
• Responsible for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tenant administration.
• Patch and vulnerability remediation across macOS and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Manage user lifecycle: account creation, renames, transfers, offboarding.
• Administer license assignment and distribution lists within M365.
• Create and maintain security groups and dynamic group rules.
• Support Entra ID administration including MFA issues and sign-in troubleshooting.
• Manage Company Portal availability, app assignment, and self-service enrollment.
• Own device enrollment across macOS and Windows.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot Intune config and compliance policies.
• Administer NinjaOne RMM: agent deployment and policy config.
• Perform laptop maintenance, imaging, and hardware lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate device offboarding and asset return with vendors.
• Maintain endpoint inventory and enrollment reporting.
