Job summary

Medtronic Endoscopy is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Fort Worth, Odessa, and North Central Texas. This remote role requires residing within the territory with a valid driver’s license and frequent travel to healthcare facilities.

You will educate physicians and nurses on GI products, drive adoption, and meet sales targets. The role emphasizes clinical knowledge, relationship building with hospitals and clinicians, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to accelerate product

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of Fort Worth, TX.
• 6+ years' sales or clinical experience in medical devices, med tech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Travel to multiple accounts within territory will be necessary.
• Ability to educate physicians and nurses on GI product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas in GI product portfolio.
• Educate physicians and clinical personnel on use of GI products.
• Routinely see customers within the assigned geographic area and establish relationships.
• Maintain Salesforce.com and complete administrative tasks (expense and sales reports).
• Launch and support new devices in the territory and share best practices with cross-functional teams.
