Job summary

Medtronic in the United States is seeking an Endoscopy Associate Sales Representative to support clinical procedures, learn product messaging, and build foundational selling skills. This remote role requires residence within the territory and 75% travel, with significant overnight stays, based out of Orlando, FL.

ASRs may be promoted to a Territory Manager within 18–24 months; relocation is required, and ongoing training will be provided to develop clinical and sales proficiency across the full

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years of related sales, clinical, or life sciences experience preferred.
• Based within 40 miles of Orlando or Tampa; willingness to relocate is required.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare sales is advantageous; travel up to 75%.
• Ability to learn clinical messaging and product details to support field execution.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical case coverage and build relationships with customers.
• Complete required training and cover open territories as assigned.
• Execute targeted selling campaigns and track activities in SFDC.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in coaching sessions and adhere to credentialing and regulatory requirements.
