Job summary

The ASR role focuses on sales development, clinical coverage, and product messaging, with potential advancement to a Territory Manager within 18–24 months. Travel up to 75% and extensive field training are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have sales/clinical or related experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with health care providers.
• Willingness to relocate and travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional field support while building relationships with customers.
• Pass required training and complete program length.
• Cover open territories as needed (leaves, vacancies).
• Execute targeted selling campaigns to grow core skills.
• Learn and deliver approved clinical and sales talks to customers.
• Support in-services, on-site training, and customer education activities.
• Track interactions, cases, and selling activities in SFDC.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain hospital credentialing, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Travel up to 75% with overnight stays.
