Zusammenfassung

Ascendis Pharma seeks a Medical Science Liaison to serve as the external scientific expert in Medical Affairs. You will engage with key opinion leaders and educate healthcare providers about disease states and products in the endocrinology portfolio.

The role is remote and reports to the Director, Field Medical Team. Required MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent with 5+ years of pharmaceutical MSL experience; pediatric endocrinology or rare disease exposure is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience as a medical science liaison.
• Pediatric endocrinology, endocrinology or rare disease experience preferred.
• Must be outgoing and passionate about patients.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to convey scientific information clearly.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the field-based external medical representation of Medical Affairs.
• Raise awareness of Ascendis Pharma in the endocrinology community and communicate TransCon potential.
• Maintain high level of medical expertise to support portfolio and disease states.
• Deliver medical/scientific presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Identify KOLs and organizations within a geography for disease states.
