Ascendis Pharma is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to act as the external scientific expert in Medical Affairs. The MSL will build relationships with KOLs and educate healthcare providers on disease states and Ascendis endocrinology products, reporting to the Director of Field Medical Team.

The role requires MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent with 5+ years in pharma MSL, ideally with pediatric endocrinology or rare disease experience. Strong communication and travel 50-75% are expected.

Competenze

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical MSL experience.
• Experience in pediatric endocrinology, endocrinology or rare disease preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for virtual and live settings.

Mansioni

• Serve as field-based external medical representation of Medical Affairs.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and organizations within geography.
• Educate healthcare providers about disease states and Ascendis endocrinology products.
• Provide medical/scientific presentations to internal and external audiences.
