Job summary

The City of Sugar Land is hiring an End User Support Specialist to deliver high-quality IT support across desktop, mobile, conferencing, printing, and endpoint technologies. You will resolve incidents, deploy solutions, and ensure staff productivity while maintaining excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and at least two years of enterprise desktop support or service desk experience, with CJIS clearance eligibility and a Texas driver's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Two years enterprise desktop support or IT service desk experience.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain CJIS clearance and possess Texas driver license.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by delivering a positive, customer-focused experience.
Resolve incidents and deploy technology solutions to keep City employees productive.
Support City facilities, endpoints, mobile devices and conferencing technologies; manage user accounts and access rights.
