Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, professional experience, military service, technical training, and industry certifications will be considered.
Two years of experience providing enterprise desktop support, technical support, or IT Service Desk support in a business, government, education, or healthcare environment.
