Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to assist local and field users with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and audiovisual equipment. You will deploy, replace, repair, and troubleshoot devices across Houston/Dallas offices and field locations, with focus on end-user satisfaction and rapid issue resolution.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support, strong service desk practices, and familiarity with Azure AD and Endpoint Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree in IT-related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong IT service desk practices with customer service focus.
• Familiarity with Azure AD Joined and Hybrid Joined environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center and AAD Admin Center.
• Experience managing user accounts and access in Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service requests and log promptly; log and assign calls using Fresh Service.
• Provide on-site tech support to corporate, sales, and construction users at field offices.
• Troubleshoot internet/network issues and report outages to providers.
• Support Windows devices and Teams phones; assist with basic operations.
• Set up laptops for deployment with SCCM and config checklists.
• Perform laptop repairs, printing/scanning fixes, and address network outages.
• Support in-house apps and MS Office; assist with Autodesk products like AutoCAD.
• Install and support Autodesk products including AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Design Review, DWG TrueView.
