AmeriSave Mortgage Corp. is seeking an End User Support professional to join our IT team. The role focuses on resolving hardware/software issues, onboarding new hires, and maintaining desktops across on-site and remote environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in end user support, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with Windows 11, Office 365, Azure/Intune, and AD. Occasional remote work and a collaborative team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Adept at Windows 11 and Office 365 with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience supporting employees and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
• Track, route, and document problems and resolutions.
• Maintain desktop hardware and software, printers, and scanners.
• Manage IT applications/software inventory and deployments.
• Test updates across internal and virtual desktops and remediate vulnerabilities.
