Job summary

AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking an experienced End User Support professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, support desktops and peripherals, and help onboard new colleagues in a fast-paced online lending environment.

The candidate should have 5+ years in end-user support, strong Windows 11 and Office 365 skills, IT ticketing experience, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including remote-friendly hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of End User Support experience.
• Strong Windows 11 and Office 365 skills.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and onboarding.
• Experience with network printers.
• Able to work with remote environments and online/offline hours.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Track and route problems and document resolutions.
• Desktop hardware/software maintenance and support.
• Printer/scanner and peripheral maintenance and support.
• Maintain IT application/software inventory.
• Test and deploy software and updates to desktops and VDI.
• Remediate vulnerabilities in desktop environments.
