Job summary

Focus Solutions is seeking an End User Computing Team Lead for a fully remote role in the US. You will lead a technically skilled EUC team, manage staffing and coaching, and ensure high-quality end-user support while driving process improvements.

You will serve as the escalation point for complex issues, oversee incident management, and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to sustain service excellence. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct customer IT support in EUC/infrastructure.
• 1+ year in a team lead or senior technical role.
• Coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day EUC team efforts to meet SLA and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coach and evaluate team members; provide corrective actions with guidance from leadership.
• Manage team scheduling, coverage, and after-hours planning; monitor QA and performance.
• Train team on accounts, environments, tools, and evolving technologies.
• Develop SOPs and knowledge base articles for common EUC scenarios.
• Collaborate with other teams to propose tool and process improvements.
