Job summary

Arctiq: Intelligent Architecture is seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to provide dedicated, remote, full‑time support for a client. The role focuses on administration, optimization, and security of the enterprise endpoint environment, including Windows Autopilot and modern management platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in EUC or endpoint management, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently on a remote client

Qualifications

7+ years in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Management.
Hands-on with SCCM/MECM and Intune in enterprise environments.
Strong Windows Autopilot, provisioning, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize enterprise endpoint environments.
Configure and support Windows Autopilot for device provisioning.
Manage patching, upgrades, and device lifecycle.
Support BYOD programs and mobile app deployment.
Monitor endpoint performance and security postures.
Collaborate with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
Provide remote client support and maintain documentation.
