Job summary

Jobgether seeks an IT Systems Engineer focused on End User Computing to lead endpoint management with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Graph API, working remotely across the United States.

You will automate device and policy management, integrate Entra ID, and manage WorkSpaces with AWS tooling, while mentoring a small team and maintaining documentation for a scalable EUC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years IT systems engineering experience, 3+ years EUC.
• Strong PowerShell; Python/Bash for automation and API integration.
• Experience with Intune at scale and Graph API automation.
• Experience deploying and operating Amazon WorkSpaces and related services.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Entra ID, AD, Group Policy, and basic networking.
• Git, ServiceNow/Jira familiarity; automation-first mindset.
• Analytical, troubleshooting skills and clear communication.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small team.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and Intune configuration profiles.
• Automate device, application, and policy management via Graph API.
• Manage Autopilot enrollment and zero-touch provisioning.
• Integrate Intune with Entra ID for Conditional Access and lifecycle processes.
• Workspaces administration with Amazon WorkSpaces and AWS tooling.
• Develop scripts and Ansible for end-user computing tasks and deployment.
• Lead incident escalation and perform root-cause analysis.
• Mentor Level 1 engineers and support staff; maintain runbooks and docs.
