Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group is seeking a Service Engineer to own and operate our endpoint management platforms (Windows and macOS) across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, scale, and automate services, ensuring reliable deployment, configuration, and security.

You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and advance the endpoint management roadmap, enabling secure, modern, and consistent device operations for caregivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years related experience in systems administration; more preferred.
• Experience in automation related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
• Experience with n-tier solutions.
• Experience with resilience modeling and simulating outages for software and platforms.
• Experience influencing software engineering to meet QoS expectations.
• Experience leading service backlog discussions and standups.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate endpoint management platforms (Windows/macOS) including SCCM, Intune, Jamf.
• Collaborate with endpoint engineering, service desk, cybersecurity, and field support to design, scale, and operate endpoint services.
• Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and shape the endpoint management roadmap.
