Thriveworks is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to streamline workflows and improve the quality of care across the organization. You will engage in process improvement, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and scalable solutions.

With 3–5 years of relevant experience, you will participate in root-cause analysis, change management, and performance tracking while supporting a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-growing healthcare setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Slides/PowerPoint and Sheets/Excel)
• Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with enthusiasm for operational excellence

Mansioni

• Support process improvement initiatives across multiple departments by helping gather requirements, map workflows, document processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with project planning and coordination, including timelines, stakeholder management, meeting notes, and tracking action items
• Participate in root cause analysis, gap assessments, and solution brainstorming sessions
• Help maintain a centralized repository of process documentation, SOPs, and workflows
• Contribute to change management efforts by preparing communications, training materials, and documentation
• Track performance metrics and help monitor the impact of implemented improvements
• Build strong cross-functional working relationships and collaborate with teams to understand current-state challenges
• Support the team in promoting a culture of continuous improvement through curiosity, problem-solving, and structured thinking
