Job summary

Everest Clinical Research seeks a Global Head of Clinical Delivery to lead strategic execution across Phase I–IV programs, globally. This executive role drives delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance, with on-site or remote work from the USA.

The position requires 15+ years in clinical operations, 10+ years in CRO leadership, and a strong regulatory background. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; advanced degree preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations and delivery management.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience within CROs with global delivery exposure.
• Strong track record managing complex, multi-regional clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic global clinical operations delivery strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from Phase I–IV ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Oversee portfolio, budgets, resourcing, and risk across regions.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with QA, Data Management, Regulatory, Medical Writing, and Safety.
• Maintain executive relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Drive regulatory compliance, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Lead talent development and succession planning for global teams.
