Job summary

Everest Clinical Research seeks a Global Head of Clinical Delivery to lead the global clinical operations delivery across all programs, with on-site Bridgewater, NJ or remote US options. You will drive quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction while shaping a scalable operating model.

You will partner with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Biostatistics and Data Management to ensure integrated delivery and sustainable growth, reporting to the executive team.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations roles, etc.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight of clinical operations across Phase I–IV.
Ensure studies are delivered on time and within budget.
Establish and maintain delivery standards and governance.
Oversee global client portfolio and risk mitigation.
Lead executive-level escalation for critical studies.
