Job summary

First Due is seeking an Implementation Consultant, Emergency Operations to lead configuration, deployment, and customer enablement for Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command modules. You will work with an Implementation Manager to support Core agencies and contribute to Enterprise engagements, leveraging fire service knowledge and GIS skills.

The role requires strong communication and training delivery, with remote US-based work and collaboration with Professional Services.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer-facing implementation in SaaS.
• Strong public safety knowledge, including fire ground operations.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of field response workflows.
• Familiarity with GIS and mapping concepts for occupancies, hydrants, and response data.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Rocketlane or a comparable professional services delivery platform.

Responsibilities

• Module configuration and delivery: Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command configurations.
• Project execution and product partnership: deliver milestones with the Implementation Manager and surface risks.
• Maintain accurate project status, LOE actuals, and configuration docs in Rocketlane.
• Collaborate with Technical Services on CAD and AVL data flows for Responder and Command.
• Surface product gaps, defects, and enhancement requests to the Team Manager and Product org.
