Job summary

IXO Inc. is seeking a qualified Workplace Statute & Employment Case Reviewer to join its paid AI evaluation program. You will translate specialist knowledge into clear examples, reasoned assessments and corrections that improve model quality.

A JD with admission in at least one US jurisdiction and at least four years of employment or labor law experience are required. Experience with workplace investigations or HR guidance is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD and admission to at least one US jurisdiction is required.
• Minimum four years of focus on employment or labor law.
• Experience representing employers or employees.
• Clear legal writing and careful analysis of complex facts.

Responsibilities

• Build fact patterns covering recruitment, dismissal, compensation disputes, harassment and benefits.
• Check model reasoning against FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII and state rules; identify missing authority or misapplied precedent.
• Assess contract terms, HR policies and regulatory guidance for legally accurate interpretation.
• Write reference explanations and actionable corrections for employment-law analyses.
