Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of five years in environmental legal practice.
• Experience with impact assessments or sustainability advice and knowledge of state environmental codes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate environmental-law explanations under major statutes and local regimes.
• Review permitting, compliance, and enforcement reasoning including NEPA, RCRA and CERCLA.
• Create examples involving corporate environmental responsibility and ESG reporting.
