Job summary

Obsidian is hiring Employment and Labor Attorneys to work on training AI models using high-quality legal reasoning data. This fully remote role is open to attorneys with 1-4 years of experience in employment law, to design realistic scenarios and evaluate AI outputs.

The position offers $100 to $150 per hour, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, ideally more. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates should hold a J.D. or equivalent degree.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of professional experience in employment/labor law.
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S. (active or inactive).
• Strong experience with EEOC responses, wage & hour analysis, and drafting severance agreements.

Responsibilities

• Design workplace scenarios based on legal practice.
• Write quality reference responses and grade AI-generated outputs.
• Provide feedback to improve model behavior.
