Qualifications

• Six or more years of management-side employment law experience.
• Significant EEOC and agency charge experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume charges practice.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting position statements and agency responses.
• Experience representing clients in mediations, settlements, or hearings.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Active law license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Drafting persuasive position statements and responses to agency investigations
• Responding to agency requests for information
• Managing EEOC, state agency, and other administrative charges from intake through resolution
• Regular client communication and strategic counseling
• Representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations
• Managing multiple matters efficiently through a proprietary, data-driven workflow
• Providing practical risk management and employment law guidance to employers
