Larson Maddox seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Special Counsel to handle a portfolio of EPLI matters on a fully remote basis. Work with sophisticated clients and a collaborative national platform while maintaining flexibility.

Responsibilities include defending employers in EPLI claims, managing cases end-to-end, handling EEOC charges, and advising on risk management. Requires 8+ years' employment litigation experience and an active bar license.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years in employment litigation.
• Strong background defending employers in EPLI matters.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a remote litigation caseload.
• Active bar license in the state of residence in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Defend employers in EPLI matters across a broad range of claims.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, mediation and settlements.
• Handle EEOC and state agency charges.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, carriers and stakeholders.
• Provide practical risk management and guidance to clients.
