• Manage administrative agency charges and attorney demand matters from investigation through conclusion.
• Draft clear, persuasive position statements.
• Respond to agency requests for information and related inquiries.
• Communicate directly with clients and agency representatives throughout each matter.
• Represent clients in remote mediations and settlement discussions.
• Collaborate with a national team of labor & employment attorneys.
