Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license and in good standing.
• Must reside in Texas.
• 5–10 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Experience handling EEOC charges and administrative proceedings.
• Strong employment litigation experience in federal and state courts.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative charges before EEOC and state agencies.
• Draft and respond to demand letters and pre-litigation matters.
• Manage employment litigation in federal and state courts.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, memoranda, and case strategy recommendations.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and paralegals on active matters.
• Advise clients on employment law issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage a steady caseload while working independently in a remote environment.
