Job summary

UW Health is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to oversee, coordinate, and resolve a wide range of HR issues. The role is primarily remote with some onsite meetings for Wisconsin or Illinois residents, offering flexible schedules and a strong benefits package.

You will manage sensitive workplace matters with discretion, maintain precise case documentation, and work across fast-paced teams to balance multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related area required.
• Master's degree in Industrial Relations or related area preferred.
• 3 years Employee and/or labor relations or other related leadership experience required.
• 6 years Human resource generalist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and assist in resolving a wide variety of human resource issues at UW Health.
• Work effectively in fast-paced environments while managing complex employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Navigate sensitive workplace issues, maintaining accurate case documentation, and managing multiple priorities in a timely manner.
