Savers is seeking a remote North America–based TMR Specialist to manage complex employee relations matters across the U.S. and Canada. You will conduct investigations, handle accommodations, and assist with external legal claims, ensuring timely, compliant case handling.

Role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong documentation, and the ability to coach field leaders on employment law and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Strong investigative skills for harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
• Proficient in English and Spanish written and spoken communication.
• Experience with case management systems and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations investigations and accommodations across NA.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation in EthicsPoint or equivalent.
• Support external legal claims in partnership with Legal and TMR leadership.
• Coach leaders and deliver training on investigations and compliance.
