Job summary

Centene is seeking a People Relations Partner who acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, guiding on workplace matters while ensuring compliant employment practices. You will manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution, including disciplinary actions up to termination, in a fully remote role.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or HR and 3+ years of relevant experience, with knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, employee relations, or compliance.
• Knowledge and familiarity with state and federal employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Consult and provide advice to employees and managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Partner with HRBPs, COEs, legal counsel, and other internal bodies to reach resolution.
• Utilize case management system to track employee matters to resolution.
• Interpret and apply understanding of company policies and employment laws for inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with policies.
