Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a remote People Relations Partner to advise leaders and staff on employee relations matters across the enterprise.

You will manage cases from intake to resolution, including disciplinary actions up to termination, while ensuring compliant, fair practices. This fully remote role supports national coverage with a focus on consistent employment practices, policy interpretation, and collaboration with HR partners, COEs, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in human resources, employee relations, or compliance.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Consult and provide advice, counsel and resolution to employees and managers on employee relations matters.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs, legal counsel and others to resolve employee matters.
• Use case management system to track and manage employee cases to resolution.
• Interpret and apply policies and employment laws to inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
