Exemplar Luxury Group is a premier luxury retailer seeking an Employee Relations Manager to guide investigations and advise leadership across stores, distribution centers and corporate offices. You will review disciplinary actions, conduct objective investigations, and provide policy-driven recommendations while partnering with cross-functional teams and legal counsel as needed.

This role supports a dynamic, multi-site luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years dedicated strictly to employee relations or workplace investigations.
• Experience supporting a multi-site, diverse workforce including retail hourly staff, supply chain/distribution center personnel, and corporate professionals.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to remain objective, untangle complex interpersonal situations, and make sound, defensible judgments.
• Verifiable track record of success partnering with senior leaders, serving as a credible and trusted resource.
• Technologically astute strong computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint web browsers and tools.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursue knowledge of retail business practices, policies, organization structure, roles and responsibilities to better understand the business.
• Gather, organize and analyze complaint information to support written investigative reports.
• Perform initial analysis of all complaints and requests for disciplinary action.
• Assemble pertinent data, records and other evidence to support written investigative reports and recommendations for disciplinary action
• Partner with management to resolve employee relation issues; provide coaching and counseling to management and staff; collaborate with legal counsel on issues as appropriate.
• Identify trends and root causes of workplace conflict across varied work environments to proactively recommend training or policy updates.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
