Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience with Workday and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication, project management and advisory skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Act as strategic People partner to Customer Support, Commercial Strategy and Analytics teams.
• Guide talent management, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Support workforce planning and change management initiatives.
• Provide coaching to department leaders on talent strategy and organizational development.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and risks and partner with Legal on compliance.
