Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group, a premier luxury retailer, seeks an Employee Relations Manager to oversee complex employee relations matters across retail stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices in the United States. You will review disciplinary actions, conduct investigations, and provide policy-driven guidance to leadership.

The role requires 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, experience with a multi-site workforce, and strong analytical and partnering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in employee relations or workplace investigations.
• Experience supporting a multi-site, diverse workforce including retail hourly staff, distribution center personnel, and corporate professionals.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to remain objective and make sound judgments.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders and trusted advisors to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review disciplinary action requests and conduct objective investigations.
• Provide risk-managed, policy-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Gather and analyze complaint information for investigative reports.
• Assemble data and evidence to support reports and recommendations for action.
• Partner with management to resolve employee relation issues and coach staff; collaborate with legal counsel as needed.
• Identify trends to inform training or policy updates.
