Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in HR Business Partner or related field.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday).
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel; MS Office familiarity.
• Ability to influence and advise leaders on talent matters.
• Capable of prioritizing workload and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People Team liaison for functional groups and leadership.
• Build relationships across all employee levels and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Drive core HR processes (performance, compensation, talent reviews, development).
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver tailored HR solutions.
• Coach department leaders on talent strategy and organizational development.
• Support change management and align teams to new ways of working.
