Qualifications

• This role requires approximately 1–2 years of HR coordination or onboarding experience.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes, orientation planning, and employee resources.
• Ability to safeguard private employee information and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming employee emails, assess urgency, and plan next steps.
• Coordinate onboarding after a new starter is confirmed, verify availability and requirements.
• Use HR systems to check details, update milestones, and record progress notes.
• Arrange virtual orientations and check-ins using scheduling tools like Google Calendar.
• Coordinate learning activities in a LMS and monitor completion status.
• Respond to routine orientation questions and route complex queries to HR lead.
• Organize listening activities via surveys, summarize themes without exposing feedback.
• Maintain calendars and trackers for recognition activities with accurate dates.
• Follow up on overdue actions, escalate sensitive concerns to HR lead.
• Review completed activities for accuracy and report recurring obstacles.
