Job summary

Sales Match is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a fully remote role based in Pennsylvania. The position requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and involves handling calls, emails, and tickets, providing product information, and ensuring consistent responses across the team.

New hires will learn Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics 365 through onboarding, with ongoing guidance from a customer service team lead.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
No experience required; related customer service, telephone support, or online customer assistance experience preferred.
Willingness to learn Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for ticket updates and customer interaction notes.
Clear spoken and written communication, including courteous responses to customers who are confused, disappointed, or seeking clarification.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and tickets in a support platform.
Confirm customer questions and gather relevant details using approved verification steps.
Explain product features and service options in clear, plain language.
Record summaries, preferences, and next steps in the CRM for seamless handoffs.
Escalate unresolved issues to the team lead with a concise action summary.
Follow up on open tickets and close resolved requests with clear next steps.
